Write to us at support@vintrank.net. This is our only support channel — send your message from the address your account is registered with, or name that address in the message.
What to include
- Your nickname in the app and the email or phone you sign in with.
- What happened and what you expected to see instead.
- A link to the match, tournament or club in question — the address from the Share button opens for us too.
- Your phone model and the app version, shown at the bottom of the Settings screen.
Common questions
The sign-in code doesn't arrive
The code arrives by email or message within a minute. Check your spam folder. If there is still nothing, request a new code — the previous one stops working. The code is longer than it looks: enter all of it, and the field accepts a paste from the clipboard.
My opponent won't confirm the score
A match closes once both sides have entered the score. If the two scores disagree, the match goes to dispute and an administrator reviews it. In a tournament the organizer can close the result 30 minutes after a score was reported.
My rating looks wrong
Only the server changes ratings, and only for a confirmed match: +25 for a win, −20 for a loss, everyone starts at 1000. The full rules are on the rules page. If the number still doesn't add up, send us a link to the match.
How do I delete my account
In the app: Profile → gear icon → Delete account. This cannot be undone. Matches you have played stay in your opponents' history without your name — otherwise other players would lose their own statistics.
How do I run tournaments
Tournaments are run by organizers. Apply from the app: Tournaments → Create; an administrator reviews the application.
How do I add my club
The owner or manager applies from the app: Clubs → the card at the bottom of the screen. Once verified, the club appears in the catalogue, and its page — photos, hours, tables, disciplines — is edited from the club cabinet.
