Terms of Service

By using Vint Rank you accept these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the App.

1. Account

• You are responsible for the security of the email/account you sign in with.
• One person — one account. Creating multiple accounts to inflate rating is prohibited.
• Provide accurate profile data and do not impersonate others.

2. Gameplay and rating

• Match results are confirmed by both players. Disagreements go to a dispute resolved by an admin.
• Rating and leagues are computed on the server. Tampering, collusion or bots lead to a ban.
• Admins may adjust ratings, void disputed matches and ban accounts for violations.

3. Vint in-game currency

• Vint is in-game currency. It is not money, cannot be converted to real currency, cashed out or refunded.
• Staking Vint on a match is a game mechanic, not real-money gambling.
• We may adjust Vint balances to fix errors or abuse.

4. Tournaments, clubs and bookings

• Tournament organizers and clubs are verified by an admin.
• A table booking reserves time at a club. Payment terms on-site are set by the club; the App processes no payments.
• We are not responsible for actions of clubs and organizers outside the App.

5. Acceptable use

Prohibited: breaking the law, abusing other players, publishing others' personal data, hacking or overloading the service, using the App for fraud.

6. Content

By uploading photos or text (avatar, description, tournament names) you confirm you have the right to use them. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided "as is". We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages from using the App.

8. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continuing to use the App means you accept the new version.
