Privacy Policy

⚠️ Draft — must be reviewed by a lawyer before publishing. It honestly describes the app's actual data collection, but wording and legal references (Kazakhstan Personal Data Law, GDPR where applicable) need approval. Fill in the operator details in section 8.
This Policy explains what data the Vint Rankapp ("the App", "we") collects, why, and how we protect it. By installing and using the App you agree to this Policy.
1. Data we collect

What we do NOT collect
- Payment or card data — the App has no cash-out or real-money betting; Vint is in-game currency only.
- Precise GPS location. You set your city yourself.
- Contacts, messages, or gallery contents (other than the photo you choose as an avatar).
2. How we use data
- Operate profiles, ranking, matches, tournaments and bookings.
- Send push notifications about events (you can turn them off in device settings).
- Ensure security and prevent abuse.
- Improve the product via anonymized analytics.
3. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We use these processors:
- Supabase — database hosting, authentication, file storage.
- Google Firebase — push notifications, analytics, crash reporting (Crashlytics).
- Apple / Google — if you sign in with their accounts.
Other players see your public profile (nickname, photo, city, rating, league, stats). Your email, push token and Vint history are not visible to them.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored with our processors, encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access to personal data is restricted at the database level (row-level security). We keep data while your account exists.
5. Your rights
- Get a copy of your data.
- Correct inaccurate data (nickname, city, etc. — right in the profile).
- Delete your account and related data — email support@vintrank.net.
- Withdraw consent and stop using the App.
6. Children
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
7. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be noted in the App or on this page with a new date.
